Returns & Exchange Policy
7-Day Free Exchange
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, we offer a free exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Exchange is subject to availability of the replacement product.
- We will arrange pickup of the original item at no extra cost.
Refunds
As each piece is handcrafted and unique, we do not offer refunds except in the following cases:
- Damaged in transit: If your product arrives damaged, please share photographs within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost.
- Manufacturing defect: If you notice a defect in craftsmanship (not the natural variation inherent to handmade products), contact us within 7 days for a refund or replacement.
- Wrong product delivered: We will arrange an immediate replacement and pickup at no cost.
A Note on Handcrafted Products
Every piece from House of Samavar is handmade by Kashmiri artisans. Slight variations in colour, pattern, and finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and are not considered defects. These variations are what make each piece truly unique.
Custom Orders
Custom orders (bespoke colours, sizes, or designs) are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun. We will share progress photographs during the making process so you can approve the work at each stage.
